graph1ISO 9001 Certification is intended to tell purchasers that the certificate holder has a system in place to deliver consistent products and services, that it conducts periodic internal audits of its system to assure that its key processes are functioning as intended, that it has a system for preventive and corrective actions, for measuring its key processes and for determining customer satisfaction with an eye toward improving the overall management system.

At AMPM, we understand that service quality is achieved by meeting or exceeding our customers' requirements, with every action, every day. We're not good until you say we're good! Our Goal is 100% customer satisfaction. To do this, we must clearly define what is expected of us. Develop standards by which our employees will perform, and measure the results. These standards will be clear, concise, and measurable to allow us to track our performance against your service requirements. Our quality program is based on: ISO-compliant, documented procedures, regular inspections, and frequent customer communications. We have developed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that provide us with a dashboard for measuring and managing our performance on a daily basis. Management holds a monthly meeting to go over the dashboard and make sure our goals meets or exceed our requirements. AMPM is the only janitorial company in New England to be ISO 9001 Certified.
